Disclaimer & Disclosures

This Disclaimer applies to all information, promotional materials, and commercial links provided on the Shop Nova Orbit website. By utilizing this site, you acknowledge and agree to the legal notices and representations outlined below.

1. Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure (FTC Notice)

Shop Nova Orbit is an independent review and digital marketing partner portal. We are authorized to promote the FounTaiL™ Cordless Pet Fountain through commercial agreements with Media Scalers affiliate distribution channels.

Our promotional summaries are based on verified manufacturer hardware specifications, public customer feedback, and manufacturer feature guides. We do not accept payment to write artificially positive reviews.

2. Veterinary & Pet Health Disclaimer

The contents published on this site are intended solely for general informational and home lifestyle convenience purposes. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical, clinical, or veterinary counsel.

• The FounTaiL™ Fountain is an electric consumer accessory designed to circulate clean drinking water; it is not a medical device.
• It is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any veterinary illness, such as urinary tract infections, chronic dehydration, or feline/canine kidney disease.
• Pet water consumption varies widely based on individual breed, body weight, dietary moisture levels (wet food vs. dry kibble), weather, and preexisting medical history.
• Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding persistent changes in your pet’s drinking behavior or health symptoms.

3. Individual Results & Animal Behavior Disclaimer

Customer testimonials and reviews referenced on this website reflect the real-world experiences shared by verified purchasers of the product. However, animal curiosity and behavior are inherently individual.

While many pets are naturally drawn to flowing faucet streams within 24 to 48 hours, some animals may require a gradual adjustment period to adapt to new household hardware. Results are not guaranteed for every single animal, which is why purchases are backed by the official manufacturer's 30-day return guarantee.

4. Pricing, Stock & Promotional Terms

Promotional terms, including claims of "Save up to 55% OFF," free shipping eligibility, and limited warehouse dispatch availability, represent active manufacturer campaigns managed through the merchant's checkout platform.

Shop Nova Orbit does not directly process payments, determine inventory thresholds, or set currency exchange rates. All prices confirmed on the final merchant checkout page govern your transaction.

5. Third-Party Trademarks

The name "FounTaiL™" and related logos, icons, and product imagery are registered or unregistered trademarks of their respective owners. Any reference to these trademarks on this website is made strictly for identification purposes under nominative fair use in connection with authorized affiliate marketing.
